Article 1
Deadline for submissions is 1 March 2015 (determined by postmark).

Article 2
Submissions may be sent for the following categories:
    •    piano or organ
    •    violin or cello
    •    flute  or clarinet
    •    voice or choir

The candidates can choose between the following arrangements:
  . solo
  . chamber music (duo, trio, quartet)
  . with orchestra (  instruments by choice)

Article 3
The competition is open for children and adults of all nationalities. They can participate in the following sections:
    •    "Junior", three age groups: till 10 years, 11–15 years, and 16–19 years
    •    "Senior", adults, no age limit, composing for the young musicians
Participants under the age of 18 must provide signed authorization by a parent or guardian.

Article 4
Each composer has to provide her/his name and sign her/his work. The number of submissions is unlimited.
Works are to be submitted in manuscripts or printed scores. Recordings on CD or DVD may be attached.

Article 5
The participation in the "Junior" section is free of charge.
Article 6
The participation fee for the "Senior" section is 30 euros for each participant, regardless of the number of submissions.

Article 7
The prizes in the "Junior" section will be awarded to each age group.
The first prize winner in each group will receive 500 euros (cash, voucher or gift cheque).
The second prize winner in each group will receive 250 euros (cash, voucher or gift cheque).
Third prizes will be awarded to all finalists and will not include monetary awards.

Article 8
The prizes for the "Senior" section are as follows:
The first prize winner will receive 1500 euros.
There will be two second prize winners, who will receive 750 euros each.
Third prizes will be awarded to all finalists and will not include monetary awards.

Article 9
The winners will be directly informed by e-mail or phone.
The award ceremony will take place on 15 of March 2015 and end with a Gala Concert organized in collaboration with the Conservatory of Luxembourg City.
Some of the compositions will be presented in public or published at the International Forum of Musical Pedagogy 2015-2016

Article 10
By entering the competition, the applicant accepts the Rules and Conditions of the competition.
The decisions of the jury cannot be revoked.
Results will also be available on www.artistesenherbe.lu as of 15 March 2015.
